All Service Abstract, Inc. based in Penndel, Pennsylvania serves as a full service Title Agency for the commercial and residential Real Estate Industry, and the banking and mortgage lending industry. Diane F. Flaherty, owner of All Service Abstract, Inc. has over 25 years experience in the Title Insurance Industry.
Our Objective
To facilitate closings conducive to the needs of the parties to all real estate transactions we offer the highest level of service and support to buyers, sellers, attorneys, lenders and real estate agents in the processing of applications for title insurance through and beyond the closing date. All Service Abstract is committed to providing title commitments within 5 to 7 days from the date of application. Processing procedures include verbal and written communications with all parties to the transaction regarding documents required to clear title, providing the lender with all title information including our fees, and real estate taxes at the time the title commitment is issued.
